The ski resort LAILIAS is located on the mountain Vrontou in the prefecture of Serres and is starting at an elevation of 1850m. 

It was created in 1978 by the Serres Hiking Association. For many months a year it is covered with snow. It is not accidental that in Lailia are organized national descending races, peripheral championships, and other local snow races. The ski center has a 1200m descent run, a strength run (of 2500 - 5000 - 7500 - 10000m) and a special place for beginners. 

Lailias is a rare example of harmony between wild landscape and admirable beauty and harmony. It is a place of aesthetic value and exceptional natural beauty. The international walking paths E4 and E6 run through Lailias Mountain.
