Boat tour to Volcano & Hot Springs

Time to visit the awe-inspiring volcano of Santorini!
This energizing tour combines cruising, hiking and swimming elements for a memorable time. Guests will enjoy a boat ride to the volcanic islet, followed by a rejuvenating hike all the way to the rim of the crate, as well as around it. Take in the raw, untouched scenery along with magnificent vistas of the Aegean Sea.

Before returning to Santorini, there will be a refreshing hot spring swimming stop at the bathing bay of Palea Kameni islet. Guests will be able to take photos and dive in the emerald-green sea. The water temperature is approximately 35℃, with beneficial attributes and minerals for the body.

There are two operating routes to select from:
Morning tour: 11:00 - 14:00
Evening Tour: 14:00 - 17:00

Time Table:
The boat will depart from the old port of Fira and sail to the volcanic islet of Nea Kameni.
While on it, approximately 70 minutes will be dedicated to walking the uphill trails reaching the rim of the active volcano’s crater. Guests can marvel at the intriguing vistas, then descend back to the dock and board the vessel.
Continuing the tour, the boat will sail along the lava islet’s shores until it reaches the hot spring bay of Palea Kameni. A 20-minute swimming stop around the boat will take place so that passengers can enjoy the hot waters.
After returning to the vessel, it will be time for the return trip to Fira.

Important Note:
The entrance fee of 2.5 € per person at the volcano is not included in the tour price. The ticket is purchasable on the spot.
