General information

Legrena Beach in Athens: Getting its name from the namesake nearby village, Legrena Beach is a seashore within close distance from Sounio and the Temple of Poseidon! It boasts fine, golden sand across its length, crystal-clear waters, and rocky seabed, making it a great snorkeling destination, though it is also important to keep in mind that some strong winds may cause large waves! Plus, spot a few big rocks on the side of this sandy shore!

The beautiful beach of Legrena is completely unorganized, having no on-the-beach tourist amenities! Thus, it is highly recommended that you bring your own beach equipment since the bright sun will be scorching hot over Legrena during the summertime!
On top of that, there is plenty of public parking space amongst the tricky dirt roads behind the beach!
