General information

Monodendri Beach Paxi: Monodendri is a lovely cove located 9 km north of Gaios, the capital of Paxi close to the village of Loggos. Surrounded by lush greenery, this beach has small pebbles and crystal clear waters.

There are few umbrellas on the beach and a small tavern at the shore, where you can enjoy a delicious meal or just a cool refreshment. Monodendri is easy to access through the main road. Visitors can find many lovely coves around the area to enjoy total privacy, if they find that Monodendri is much frequented for their tastes.

I sadly may not visit again

I have been coming here for the past 6 years. Lovely beach for snorkeling from. However, I sadly may not visit again as the sunbeds plus an umbrella are now 15 euros. We always eat at the taverna. I think to keep custom they should refund half of the sunbed cost from the meal. If not I think many sadly will not return.
