Consisting of many heirlooms from the Monastery of Panagia Spiliani and Panagia Potamitissa, the Ecclesiastical museum has an impressive collection. The collection includes chalices, incenses, old gospels dated to the 19th century, ecclesiastical utensils, crosses, and old seals, apart from a host of other items. The museum is housed in the monastery of Panagia Spiliani.
The Volcanological Museum of Nisyros opened in June 2008. It is housed in a small building in Nikia, the closest village to the volcano. It presents photos and information about the volcano of Nisyros and other actove volcanoes around the world.
This small museum consists of an interesting collection of photographs, traditional costumes, books, icons, and fishing tools, apart from many other items. Located in a two-storey 18th-century building in Mandraki, the museum is on the road which leads to the Panagia Spiliani Monastery.

Housed in a building donated by the Giannidis brothers, the museum contains many artifacts retrieved from various archaeological sites in and around Nisyros. Located next to the Heroes Square at Mandraki, this museum is easily accessible.
