Paros Villages

Location: 10 km northeast of Parikia
Description: Naoussa is the second most renowned settlement in Paros. Located on the northern side of the island, Naoussa is famous for its cosmopolitan atmosphere, lovely beaches and lively nightlife.

Location: On the western side of Paros
Description: Parikia is the capital and the main port of Paros. It is a lovely area with traditional architecture, beautiful churches and enchanting beaches in the surrounding area. The port gets very busy in summer.

Location: 11 km southeast of Parikia
Description: Lefkes is a mountain village in the center of the island. One of the most beautiful villages in the Cyclades, Lefkes maintains its traditional architecture and is surrounded by much greenery.

Location: 16 km southeast of Parikia
Description: Spread on the slopes of a hill, the houses of Marpissa amaze visitors with their traditional style. Lovely chapels dot the landscape around the village, which is one of the most beautiful ones in Paros.

Location: 13 km south of Parikia
Description: Aliki is a small tourist resort on the southern side of Paros, the closest to the airport. With accommodations, fish taverns and a small port, it is one of the calmest places to stay in Paros.

Description: Drios is a seaside village with a small quay where fishing boats moor. It gets popular in summer due to its location close to the popular beaches on Paros, such as Glyfa, Golden beach and New Golden beach.

Location: 14 km southeast of Parikia
Description: Prodromos is built in the traditional Cycladic style. The village boasts beautiful whitewashed houses and tiny chapels, with a green landscape surrounding it.

Location: 17 km southeast of Parikia
Description: Piso Livadi is a popular tourist resort on the eastern side of the island, close to several famous beaches of Paros. Many fishing boats moor in its picturesque harbor in summer.

Location: 15 km east of Parikia
Description: The architecture of Marmara is typical Cycladic and the dominant colors are blue and white. Within a short distance from the village, there is access to some nice beaches, like Kalogeros and Glyfades.

Location: 7 km east of Parikia
Description: Kostos is a lovely village on the way from Parikia to Lefkes. It is quite picturesque and has managed to stay off the beaten track. 

Location: 5 km east of Parikia
Description: In ancient times, the famous marble quarries of Paros were located close to Marathi. Nowadays, the village hosts a few scattered houses.
