Mt. Athos tour

General Description

In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the port of Ormos Panagias which is located in the northeastern part of the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki.

Our cruise begins on this seaport and sails to the southeastern point of the Athos Peninsula and then to the north across the western coast.
During the cruise, you will have the opportunity to admire from an amazingly close distance the mystical place that constitutes the center of Orthodoxy and learn about the history of Mount Athos and the eight monasteries which are built upon it.
Our next stop after four hours of sailing will be in Ouranoupoli. Ouranoupoli offers the opportunity for various activities and we will have plenty of time to enjoy most of them, walking around the village, have a traditional meal or go shopping. On our way back to the port of Ormos Panagias you will attend a lovely program with traditional dances and Greek music.

When we reach the port, our bus will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
