Getting to Spetses by road.

With the development of the roads in preparation for the Olympics, it is now easier to get to Spetses by car. The trip can take as little as 2 1/2 hours to Kosta, which is the nearest point on the mainland to the island. Once at Kosta, you can either get the Katerina Star ferry, or a sea taxi (about €15 per trip NOT per person)

You can hire a car from the airport, and it will be collected for you at Kosta (you cannot bring cars on to the island), or you can take a taxi. The taxi costs about €130-€150. You might have trouble getting a taxi from the airport to take you.
