Overview:
Tripoli, in the central Peloponnese, is a crossroads
to Olympia on the northwest,
to Sparta, Mystras or
Kalamata on the south and to the coast, Kiparissia or Nafplio. Arcadia is washed by the Gulf of Argos and the Mirtoo Sea, where fantastic
bays and therefore great beaches are to be found. The area combines the
beauties of both sea and mountain, with endless coasts and fir forests all
around Mount Menalo.
