Overview:
Pieria Prefecture, most known for
the Mount Olympus, residence of the
12 Greek Gods, has a geographical diversity, a long history and various forms
of entertainment and cultural activity. Its interchanging natural landscapes in
combination with the remarkable historical sites give the area a unique charm
and comprise a beautiful image. Its capital, Katerini, is today tourist
