Overview:
Paxi, the smallest of the Ionian Islands, is a cluster of
small rocky islets, the largest of which are Paxos and Antipaxos. The island is
a paradise for piece and quiet. Lush vegetation of olive and cypress groves,
caves, arches and sheer cliffs describe a unique landscape that, above all, is
known for its dreamy sandy beaches with crystalline, translucent,
Caribbean-like waters. The underwater sea world is also offered for amazing
explorations.

Antipaxos are the most highly recommended.

Paxi have a great cultural
tradition. No surprise that they were declared Cultural Village of Europe in 2004. the most
important and popular event is the Paxi Festival taking place in September.
