In the traditional settlement of Spartochori, Municipality of Meganissi, Lefkada, amid lush vegetation, we have constructed a luxurious housing estate with a swimming - pool on a land property of 800 square metres.

The estate consists of five houses, among which three of a 60m2 area, one of 70m2 and one of 95m2. These are two - storey, detached houses, fully air-conditioned, with the first floor comprising a sitting - room, kitchen and dining - room, and the second one consisting of a bedroom and bathroom. Each of the houses is equipped in such a way as to cater for the comfortable stay of a minimum of four (in the four smaller houses) or even six people (in the largest one).
