The Happy Green Cows, is a succesfull vegetarian restaurant which daily offers 30 different dishes. The menu is creative and includes a variety of well seasoned dishes inspired from cuisines from many areas of the world along with wines from Paros and all over Greece.
Try our super sized salads like “Fantasia” made of various green vegetables & rocket, dried figs, Paros hard cheese and sun dried tomatoes, topped with mavrodaphne-vinaigrette sauce. Or our “Ambrosia Salad” – an amazing green salad topped with a warm gorgonzola sauce, pine seeds and wild cranberries.
